  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases where TraderCult is at fault for damaged or incorrect items).

Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking information provided via email once shipped.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking number within a few days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • TraderCult is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with a claim through the carrier.
