Return and Refund Policy

📦 Return info & eligibility criteria:

• To initiate the return process, click here. Please read the information below prior to submitting your return request.  

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping price paid (if any) is not refundable if the return is NOT based on an issue at TraderCult's fault.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with TraderCult tag and TraderCult packaging bag if your order came with them

• Customer pays return shipping
  

• Customer does not pay return shipping if item is damaged or wrong at fault of TraderCult
  

• TraderCult reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions

💰 Refunds:

• Full refund for returned item will be granted after item is received and inspected

• Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your account.

🔁 Exchanges:

• TraderCult does not offer exchanges for in-store products. We only process eligible refunds.
